Purchase take-out or delivery at any i Fratelli Pizza location, or dine at i Fratelli Ristorante & Wine Bar on Monday, June 25 to benefit Crossroads Community Services. CCS is “nourishing people & powering change.” Just mention CCS and 15% of your purchase total will go to feed our neighbors right here in DFW.
In 2011, CCS provided over 13,500 individuals with 1.3 million pounds of nutritious food, enabling our clients to prepare 1.1 million healthy meals. Roughly half of those we serve are children (17 years and younger) for whom proper nutrition is critical for growth, as well as success in school. Our food distibution program allows our neighbors-in-need to stretch their budget further, and helps them to continue to put food on the table for their families without sacrificing their health needs.
Enjoy i Fratelli on Monday, June 11 and mention Project Night Night to help them receive 15% of your purchase total! We’re donating a portion of sales from any i Fratelli Pizza location or i Fratelli Ristorante & Wine Bar in Irving.
Project Night Night supplies a book, a blanket and a stuffed animal to kids in homeless shelters. DoughNations will be used to pay for tote bags and new blankets. The organization is based in California but over 300 totes are created for local kids in Denton and Dallas counties annually. Help us provide a measure of comfort and security to homeless children.

Rainbow Days, Inc. (RDI) was founded in 1982 in Dallas, TX by current Chief Executive Officer, Cathey Brown. Cathey began the first support group for young children of alcoholics in the Dallas area. During the weekly support group sessions, the children discussed how to manage their feelings, cope with problems and make healthy choices. The demand for these groups grew rapidly. With the increased need, Rainbow Days began implementing support groups in schools, shelters, and other community locations throughout the Dallas community.
Now, 30 years later, RDI has expanded services to include an array of alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) prevention programs and has served nearly 140,000 children in the Dallas community alone. In addition, we have trained more than 37,000 professionals across Dallas, the state of Texas and the nation in how to implement at least one of RDI’s support groups or other accredited prevention programs with children in their own communities.

Uptown & Park Cities
Texas Trees Foundation
The Texas Trees Foundation has a vision for our community. It is a community comprised of beautiful, well maintained parks, shady tree-lined streets and boulevards, hiking, biking and nature trails, and other outdoor amenities which combine to form a living and working environment that enhances the economic value of its commercial areas and its neighborhoods, and nurtures the health, safety and quality of life of all its citizens; a community in which its citizens actively participate in building and sustaining its “urban forest.” The Foundation will serve as a catalyst in creating such a community.
Be sure to mention the organization when you place your order! Congratulations Dallas Center for Architecture for achieving a huge response to their fundraiser last week with over $1000 worth of the best pizza in the Metroplex purchased to benefit their programs.
Travis Elementary PTA
Funds go to support the students at the W. B. Travis Vanguard & Academy for the Academically Talented & Gifted, a TEA Exemplary School and our neighbor in Uptown! Travis is updating the computer lab to provide cutting edge technology to teachers and students.

Cole Brothers David and George presented a check for $219.94 to the DFW Humane Society today. Humane Society supporters purchased over a thousand dollars worth of i Fratelli pizza on April 2, 2012. It is a no-kill shelter dedicated to giving homeless and unwanted pets a second chance in life through adoption. The shelter houses about 80-100 animals at any given time and takes in strays and owner-released pets from throughout the DFW Metroplex. The shelter depends solely on caring people for its survival.
