  1. Kudos to Paul Watrous for reaching out to me to discuss feedback I had provided concerning the Keller store. Paul called and we discussed my comments and he seemed genuine in his pledge to make sure my concerns were addressed. Many times feedback is requested and not acted upon so it was very refreshing to have Paul call me.

    Having a quality product can be diminished if customer service and customer care are taken for granted. In my opinion Paul is making sure i Fratelli doesn’t rest on their laurels and this is something that will keep me coming back as a customer.
